Return & Refund Policy
Customers may return and exchange both defective and non-defective products. Returns and exchanges are accepted only for new, unused products in their original packaging. Products that have been opened, used, or altered are not eligible for return or exchange.
Return Window
Return and exchange requests must be submitted within 90 days from the date the order is delivered. Requests made after this period cannot be accepted.
Return Method and Costs
Returns are handled by mail only. Customers can download and print a return label at no cost. There are no return shipping fees and no restocking fees.
Refund Processing
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, refunds are processed within 10 business days using the original payment method. Refunds are issued in EUR and automatically converted to the customer’s local currency by the payment provider.
