How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Select Items to Return or Exchange
Choose the item(s) you'd like to return and provide a reason to help us improve. -
Store Approval
Our team will review your request. Once approved, you’ll receive a return shipping label via email. -
Pack and Ship
Carefully pack the item(s) in their original packaging and attach the return label. -
Receive Your Refund or Exchange
After we receive and inspect your return, the exchange will be initiated, or a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

The following return and exchange process applies worldwide and is valid for both non-defective and defective products
Return Policy
The Seller accepts returns of both defective and non-defective products. The return window is 90 days from the day the consumer receives the goods. Items must be returned in new and unused condition, suitable for resale. Using the original packaging is recommended but not required as long as the items are packaged securely. Returns may be initiated using the return instructions provided on the Seller’s website or announced via email to customer service. Returns are made by mail, and the Seller provides a free downloadable and printable return label.
Refund Policy
Refunds are issued once the returned item has been received and inspected. For standard (non-defective) returns, a small deduction of 3% of the product price is applied to cover handling, inspection, and prepaid return shipping costs. This deduction does not apply to defective or incorrect items, which are refunded in full. Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days after we receive the returned product or valid proof of return and are issued to the original method of payment unless otherwise required by law.
