Shipping Times and Handling

Handling time is typically 0–3 business days (Monday to Friday) after an order is placed. Orders placed before 2:00 PM (CET, Berlin) on business days may be processed the same day; orders placed after this time, on weekends, or on public holidays are processed the next business day. Estimated transit time is 1–7 business days depending on destination. The total estimated delivery time is 1–10 business days. All delivery estimates are non-binding and may be affected by weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Costs and Methods

All orders are shipped with free delivery. No minimum order value applies. Orders are delivered directly to the customer’s address. The Seller ships orders Monday to Friday and may select the most suitable carrier to ensure reliable delivery.

Delivery Conditions and Exceptions

Delivery times are calculated based on order cut-off times, handling time, and transit time. Delays caused by carriers, public holidays, or circumstances beyond the Seller’s control do not result in liability. Risk transfers to the consumer once the goods are delivered to the consumer or their designated recipient.
