The anniversary collection is a careful selection of the most legendary designs from 150 years of company history. To celebrate this occasion, Fritz Hansen launches the Egg and Swan armchairs with a black coating used for the first time for the frame and in exclusive upholstery fabrics.The Egg™™ and Swan™™ armchairs in the anniversary collection are equipped with a PVD-coated black frame, which is used for the first time in the furniture industry. Vanir – Granite Brown (373), designed by fashion designer Raf Simons for Kvadrat. A new upholstery fabric that will be available exclusively from Fritz Hansen in this colour in 2022. The Egg™ armchair by Arne Jacobsen is an eternal Danish design masterpiece. Like a sculptor, Jacobsen created the perfect shape of the bowl by experimenting with wire and plaster in his garage.
