Louis Poulsen Ph 2/2 The Question Mark Table Lamp, Chrome/Opal Glass
Designed by Poul Henningsen in 1931, the PH 2/2 Question Mark table lamp is based on the iconic three-shade system known as the PH System, originally developed in 1926, in which three hand-blown glass shades provide a soft, glare-free light. The Petite table lamp, whose name derives from the curvature of the rod, has a characteristic shape and an adjustable lamp head that can be rotated 45 degrees to direct the light where it is desired. Until the mid-1950s, the PH 2/2 Question Mark table lamp was made of brass and available with colored glass shades in amber, red or yellow, as well as with the classic opal glass. Perfect for modern interiors, the PH 2/2 Question Mark table lamp is available in the well-known combination of chrome and milky white opaline glass shades.
