This stool embodies the furniture design of Børge Mogensen when he was head of the design studio FDB Møbler in the 1940s. A restrained and simple design that does not scream attention, but fulfills the original role of the stool – a practical yet shapely piece of furniture with general appeal. FDB Møbler is now launching the J27C stool, which can be used at the kitchen table, for sitting during an informal conversation or doing homework. In accordance with Børge Mogensen's uncompromising quality standards, the stool is made of Nordic materials such as solid oak or solid beech, ensuring that it lasts a long time and slowly takes on a natural patina.
