This Purchase Options Cancellation Policy explains how you may cancel subscription purchases, pre-orders, recurring billing plans, or other alternative purchase options ("Purchase Options") offered through our store. This policy applies in addition to our Terms of Service and Refund Policy.
1. Subscription Orders:
You may cancel future charges at any time before the next billing date. You can cancel through your customer account on our website or by contacting us at info@aboutthat.com. Cancellation stops future deliveries and billing, but already processed or shipped subscription orders cannot be canceled.
2. Pre-Orders:
You may cancel a pre-order at any time before the order has been invoiced and processed. Once a pre-order has been invoiced, prepared for shipment, or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. If you cancel before invoicing, any pre-order payment authorizations or charges will be released or refunded.
3. Try-Before-You-Buy / Deferred Billing:
If you select a try-before-you-buy or deferred billing option, you must return unwanted items within the return window specified at checkout or in the confirmation email. Failure to return items within the stated window will result in automatic billing. You may cancel the trial period at any time during the active window by returning the product in accordance with our Return Policy.
4. Subscription Product Changes:
You may update your subscription frequency, item quantity, or product selection before the next billing cycle. Any changes submitted after a billing cycle has begun will apply to the next cycle.
5. Payment Method Updates:
You are responsible for maintaining an active and valid payment method for Purchase Options. If a payment fails, we may suspend future shipments until the issue is resolved. Continued payment failures may result in cancellation of your Purchase Option.
6. Pause or Skip Options:
If available for your plan, you may pause or skip a subscription delivery through your customer account. Paused or skipped deliveries must be submitted before your billing date. Requests submitted after billing has begun will apply to the next cycle.
7. Order Already Processed:
Purchase Option cancellations only apply to future cycles or unprocessed pre-orders. Orders already invoiced, prepared for shipment, or shipped cannot be canceled but may be eligible for return in accordance with our Return Policy.
8. Product Availability:
Purchase Options are offered subject to product availability. In rare cases where we are unable to supply a subscription delivery or pre-order item, we will notify you and either: (a) cancel the affected cycle and refund any charges, or (b) offer an alternative product.

You may cancel Purchase Options by:
• Using your online customer account (if available); or
• Contacting customer service at info@aboutthat.com.
To ensure timely cancellation, please submit your request before the next billing date or before your pre-order has been invoiced.
