Paris is Peugeot's signature model with its distinctive shape and the quintessential classic among them all. For the Paris Nature collection, upcycled wood is used. These are wood pieces that were previously discarded during the production process due to minor visual imperfections, such as knots and colour variations. After turning, the Paris Nature grinder parts are sandblasted with very fine sand. This is the process that gives the grinders their unique appearance with a tactile, uneven surface. Subsequently, the products are coated with a matte lacquer that protects against daily dirt while allowing the wood's character and grain patterns to stand out clearly. The PEFC certification on our products demonstrates that the used wood originates from responsibly managed forests, recycled, and controlled sources.
