The Santoku knife is a popular vegetable knife from Japan. With its striking shape, the knife is particularly suitable for precise cutting, chopping and crushing of vegetables. It can also be used for cutting fish and meat. The beautiful and versatile knife can hardly be dispensed with in the kitchen. The knife blade is made of high-quality stainless steel and the handle is made of oiled oak, which develops patina when used and simply becomes more beautiful the more often the knife is used. The wooden handle is made of one piece of wood and lies comfortably in the hand. The blade is provided with grooves that ensure that the material to be cut does not adhere to the blade.
