Mauviel M'6s are made of 6 layers that combine stainless steel and aluminum with an external layer of copper. The result is cooking utensils with an excellent thermal conducting ability that is heated quickly and uniform throughout the pot or frying pan. Copper is known as the most effective material when it comes to conducting heat quickly and efficiently and to provide full control of cooking. With M'6s, Mauviel has created a collection of copper cooker that can also be used on induction. 6-layer construction of 2.7 mm. First layer of 18/10 stainless steel that is easy to clean. Layer 2, 3 and 4 of aluminum that distribute the heat quickly and uniformly. Layer 5 of stainless steel. Layer 6 of copper for excellent heat conducting properties. With drip -free edge.
