Fdb Møbler J18 Børge Mogensen Chair, Oiled Oak

The J18 chair was designed by Børge Mogensen in 1945. Like the other well-known FDB chairs by Mogensen, this model is characterized by a clean Nordic design without decoration or unnecessary embellishments, where function and simplicity are in the foreground. The comfortable chair was inspired by the old English Windsor chairs from the 18th century. The solid backrest continues in the armrests that fit under most table tops. The comfortable, bowl-shaped wooden seat slopes gently backwards. The J18 is available in both solid beech and oak.
