The sour taste of lime, the fine taste of aniseed, and the mild taste of blueberry are the perfect combination of flavours, even though they taste so different from one another.

"I have loved the combination of chervil and blueberries for many years. I enjoy chervil because of its remarkable and surprising taste, and blueberries because it is a power food. These two flavours combined with the lime, which is rich in sour acids, create an exciting and very intense taste experience."
