The Tools series is made of composite materials that are ideal for use in cookware. The steel surface is durable and easy to maintain. The aluminum inner core between the layers of steel is a good conductor of heat and thus ensures that the food is heated evenly and quickly. The outer surface is made of satin steel and the inner surface is made of blasted steel. Metal kitchen utensils can be used carefully, but there is a risk of scratches on the surface. It is possible that scratches, heat stains and discoloration may appear after use, but they are only visual changes and do not affect the functionality or safety of the pan.
