Kähler Color Bowl ø34 Cm, Yellow

The Color collection beautifully reinterprets the craft and decoration techniques that have been developed over decades in Kähler's old pottery workshop. The frame has soul and many charming details full of life and sensuality. The heart of the series is the large ceramic tableware in yellow color, which differs from the other parts of the series by an internal hand-painted spiral that reflects the circular design language on the ribbed outside of the table top. The yellow glaze (saffron yellow) is inspired by the shiny uranigule glaze used by Kähler in the 1830s. Colore has obtained a glaze with similar properties that creates a vibrant surface that elegantly highlights the sensual details and shapes of the frame. The large table bowl is perfect for serving, for example, large salads for the whole family - or simply as a decorative and distinctive design element in the home.
