With 8 shelves (deep 22 cm) Designed by Poul Cadovius, 1957 After the introduction of the legendary ROYAL SYSTEM® shelf concept in 1948, Poul Cadovius introduced the SYSTEM ULTRA® in 1957. The system was created according to a very simple but ingenious basic principle. It was developed with the same space-saving, flexible design as ROYAL SYSTEM®, based on the innovative idea of moving the furniture from the floor to the walls, thus leaving more space in the room. SYSTEM ULTRA ® consists of wall rails, shelves and hangers made of powder-coated steel. The system is characterized by its elegant, ultra-thin shelves with wavy edge profiles attached to the rails by hangers made of raw brass or colored steel. The components are available in different colors and sizes and offer the possibility to customize the system in many individual combinations and expand it over time as needed.
