Before your order is shipped

Where do I find the status of my order?
You may find the status of your order by following the link in your order confirmation, logging into your account or by looking up your order via the help page.
How long is the order processing time?
Orders with all products in stock are usually shipped within 1-3 working days. Orders with no or partial stock will be shipped when all products are in stock.
You will find the estimated delivery time for each product on the product page.
Get in-stock items faster by splitting your order or by placing several orders depending on product availability.
Where do I find the product availability?
The availability of a product can be found on the product page of the product. There you will also find the estimated delivery time for product not in stock.
The delivery time is only an estimate and depends on the product vendor.
Note that if you purchase the last product in stock the status will change to "Sold out" right after. The available product is still reserved to you. 
How do I edit/change or cancel an order?
You can edit, change or cancel your order by following the link in your order confirmation or or by looking up your order via the help page.
If your order has already been shipped or paid, it is only possible to edit, change or cancel by contacting customer service. Visit the help page to get in touch with customer service.
Can I change delivery address?
If your order has not yet been shipped you have the option to change your delivery address. Go to the order status page by following the link in your order confirmation or by looking up your order via the help page.
Where do I change email or phone number?
To change your email or phone number visit the account section in the website. You do not need an account to access your information.
Can I change deliver method?
It is not possible to change the delivery method after your order has been placed. If you wish to use a different currier simply cancel your order and place it again with the desired delivery method.

Can I split an order into more deliveries?
If your contains different products with different delivery times it might make sense to split it into multiple deliveries. Visit the help page to initiate an order split. 
You might also simply cancel your order and place new orders with similar delivery time. 
How do I hold an order?
If you want your order shipped at a later date, kindly visit the help page and follow the steps. The products will be reserved for you until the order is released. 

After your order is shipped

Tracking
Usually tracking information is available and shared with you at the same time your order is shipped. If you cannot find the tracking information try looking in your spam folder or look up your order via the help page.
Note that, depending on the carrier, it might take up to 48 hours before you can see any movement.
If your order has been shipped, but no tracking information is available it might be because the carrier has not yet made it available. It that case kindly wait 24 to 48 hours and check again.
Return
To return an order visit the help page and follow the steps. We offer 90 days return on all orders. 
After receiving the items back in our warehouse it usually takes five business days to process your return. I busy seasons the process might take up to 10 business days.
Note that the shipping cost of the return will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Claim
If you experience irregularities with your product within 24 months from the delivery date you can make a claim by following the steps on the help page.
Invoice
If you are having trouble finding the invoice from your purchase kindly check your spam folder or visit the help page to request a copy.
Refund
A full or partial refund of an order happens within 48 hours after an order has been returned or cancelled. Expect 1-3 business days for the returned amount to be visible in your account. 
Note that bank refunds usually takes 1-2 weeks. Depending on the country it might take longer in some cases.
