Gubi Stemlite Wall Lamp, Black Chrome

Subtle, organic shapes and soft, diffused light characterize the Stemlite wall lamp - a hidden gem from the space age and now a natural addition to the GUBI collection.The "Total Look" lamp by legendary designer Bill Curry was an innovative reinterpretation of the traditional lamp and captures the spirit of America's West Coast in the 1960s. Inspired by the stems that bear flower heads in nature, Stemlite seems to grow organically out of the wall. The cast aluminum base holds the tulip-like steel handle that extends outward and then upwards to hold a softly luminous, hand-blown frosted glass ball. A simple rotary dimmer allows intuitive control of light intensity.The Stemlite wall lamp is available in black chrome and can be combined and combined with the rest of the modular Stemlite collection to create an atmosphere that complements both modern and traditional interiors.
