The large cutting board with juice groove is part of the beautiful dark Yami kitchen collection, which is made of carbonized ash wood. In addition to a groove throughout the edge of the board, the board also has a deeper juice groove that can easily catch meat juice. For maintenance, the product can be lubricated in cooking oil and cleaned in hot water and detergent. Dishwasher not recommended. The burning smell of the wood evaporates over time.
