Once shipped, delivery typically takes 1–7 business days, depending on your location (Monday to Friday only).

At checkout, customers can choose between the following shipping methods:

The selected shipping option and delivery address determine which carrier will be used. Packages are delivered by trusted logistics partners such as:
UPS, DHL, FedEx, GLS, Hermes, PostNord, and Cargoboard.

Delivery Pricing

The delivery fee is calculated as a percentage of the total item value before discounts:

• Eco delivery: 3% of the order value
• Standard delivery: 4% of the order value
• Prio delivery: 5% of the order value

Minimum shipping price is EUR 3.95.

Please note that weekends and German public holidays are not considered business days.

Failed Payments

Failed Payments: If your payment fails, your order will not be processed. You may attempt another payment method or contact our support team for assistance.

Orders with unpaid or rejected transactions may be automatically cancelled.

Currency and Tax Handling

All transactions are processed in EUR (€) by default, unless otherwise specified.

Taxes, such as VAT, are applied according to your shipping address and shown during checkout.

Currency conversion, if available, is approximate and may vary by bank or card provider.

Payment Processing Time and Limits

Payments are processed immediately upon order fulfillment.

Orders may be subject to verification to prevent fraud.

We reserve the right to limit maximum order values, especially on first-time or high-value orders. If a limit is triggered, you’ll be notified during checkout.
