Dispose of the water, wait ten minutes, and you're ready to cook. The shower head, the filter holder, the coffee filter, the measuring spoon, the pot lid and the glass jug can be cleaned in the upper compartment of the dishwasher. Clean the housing of the programmable coffee maker by wiping with a damp cloth. How it worksOpen the lid and fill the water tank with clear, cold water to the desired level, which must be between the MIN and MAX marks. Then close the lid. Fill the coffee filter with the desired amount of ground coffee – maximum 12 bodum scoops. Press the stand-by button to start the brewing process. The edge of the button glows white and after a few seconds the water begins to flow through the shower head into the filter and then into the glass jug. After about 10 minutes, your freshly prepared pot of coffee is ready to serve. To use the automatic start function, press the stand-by button twice and program your machine to the desired time.
