Pot / pan set made of cast aluminum. Casserole 1.8 l, pan 3.4 l and sauter pan 24 cm. The pan has a high rim and, like the pot, is made of bakelite. Internal 3-layer non-stick coating that reduces the risk of food burns and protective outer coating to facilitate cleaning. Glass covers can be purchased to match. Aluminium is one of the most thermally conductive materials. It distributes and retains heat evenly and energy-efficiently across the bottom and sides, and at the same time the material is lightweight. Cast aluminium can be used for all heat sources - from conventional hotplates to glass-ceramic and induction hotplates to electric and gas stoves. The products should not be washed in the dishwasher. The unique characteristics of kitchenware are preserved for decades through proper maintenance. Never use abrasive powders and sharp objects that can damage the coating. Always wash only with warm water, detergent and a soft brush. The maximum temperature for the non-stick coating is 230 degrees. If this temperature is exceeded, the coating deteriorates and the slip effect gradually disappears. In addition, only kitchen utensils made of wood, plastic or silicone should be used.
