How it works Simply put milk up to the maximum mark in a container (preferably skim milk or low-fat milk), put the lid on and pump the plunger up and down by hand for 30 to 45 seconds. For hot milk foam, place the container with the foamed milk in the microwave for 30 seconds. Use and care Rinse the milk frother in hot soapy water before first use and dry it thoroughly.
