The Alessi 9090 espresso maker is a sculptural and elegant pot made of polished stainless steel, which means that it can be used on all types of stoves - including induction.The espresso maker has a special, patented closure, which means that the top and bottom of the jug are not screwed together, as is the case with a traditional espresso pot. Instead, the jug is assembled by placing the top on the bottom and then pushing the handle down so that it snaps firmly into place on the base.
