Studio About Clayware Set Of 2 Bowls, Terracotta/Blue

CLAYWARE is a ceramic dinnerware series consisting of plates in two different sizes, cups and bowls in beautiful colours. This bowl is made from terracotta with a light blue glaze, which creates a lovely contrast. The outer part of the bowl is unglazed so that the terracotta clay remains raw whereas the inside is glazed. The bowl comes in a set of two and is designed by Mikkel Lang Mikkelsen. The ceramic bowl has a simple and minimalistic design but the contrasted colour combination makes it a refreshing interpretation of the classic bowl. The unglazed outer part of the bowl gives a tactile and luxurious feeling when you use it. The bowl is beautiful as a “pop of colour” in white and stylish settings but it can also be used for a retro and colourful table arrangement. For instance, the bowl is incredibly beautiful with our green wineglasses and water glasses. You can also collect the whole ceramic set in the same colour for a consistent look. The bowl has a nice serving size for breakfast, snacks, fruit or desserts. It is stackable to safe space but is also decorative to have on display as a part of the home décor. The bowl is suitable for dishwasher but can also easily be cleaned with warm water and soap. It is also safe for microwave and freezer but is not suitable for oven use. The ceramic is safe for food, including acid. The bowl is made of terracotta, which means that the unglazed parts will get traces of usage. This is part of the design and will only give the bowl character. The ceramic bowl is available in the colours IVORY/YELLOW, SAND/GREY and TERRAOTTA/ RED and is also available as plates and cups.
