Her fascination with light and spatiality led the architect Anne Boysen to design a luminaire that invites you to play and discover. The Moonsetter was chosen as the winner in the "Next Danish Design Classic" competition, which was broadcast on Danish television in 2020. The luminaire has both aesthetic and functional qualities. It has a sculptural look that makes it the focal point of any interior. The functional consists of its 360-degree rotatable lamp disc. Besides, it has a different finish on each side. One side is white wet painted, the other high-gloss chrome-plated. In this way, we can play with the light and find out how the light should be reflected in the room and the room in the mirror surface of the luminaire. If you tilt the light to the white side, a soft and diffuse light is created. If it is tilted to the high-gloss chrome-plated side, the light panel reflects directly and gives a completely different impression. Its light depends on where the disc is located.
