Mauviel M"150 B Roaster

Mauviel's exclusive M'150B series has an internal stainless steel coating and beautiful copper. 1.5 mm - 90 % copper, 10 % stainless steel. The M'150B gives you the ultimate control of cooking, as copper has a high performance as it heats very evenly and far faster than other metals. Copper cookware can be used on all heat sources except induction. Mauviels induction plate (sold separately) can be used for induction. The inner stainless steel coating is designed for cooking and is easy to clean. The handle has a good size and is attached with stainless steel rivets. Made in France.
