The M'150S gives you the ultimate control of cooking, with copper having a high performance as it heats up very evenly and far faster than other metals. Copper cookware can be used on all heat sources except induction. Mauviels induction plate (sold separately) can be used for induction. The inner stainless steel coating is designed for cooking and is easy to clean. The handle has a good size and is attached with stainless steel rivets. Made in France.
