Perfect for all heat sources - incl. induction. This item is made of raw cast iron and therefore also has a rough surface. Therefore, if you are using a stove/glass top, it is important to lift the pan as you move it – never push it back and forth on the stove. Suitable for oven and grill (except wooden table coasters). Cast iron holds and distributes heat evenly and efficiently. Not suitable for acidic foods (e.g. tomatoes and fruit). Never use cast iron for long-term storage.Not suitable for dishwashers. Cleaning should always be done with warm water and detergent - even before the first use. Make sure the cast iron is completely dry before putting it away.
