This is how it works:Place the ASSAM tea maker on a flat, heat-resistant, non-slip surface.Add the tea leaves you want to the filter. For every litre of water, we recommend two to three spoons of black tea or three spoons of herbal tea. Pour in hot water and make sure that the water remains below the MAX filling line. Place the lid with the plunger on the pot in the raised position and let your tea steep – three to five minutes for black tea or five to ten minutes for herbal and fruit teas.Once your tea has reached the desired strength, press the plunger firmly down to finish the brewing process.
