Virkelyst is a series of modern outdoor furniture with the seating comfort of indoor furniture. The simple wooden frame contrasts with the thick, soft cushions. The upholstery fabrics defy wind and weather, are Oeko-Tex certified and extremely colourfast and lightfast as well as water- and dirt-repellent and even mould-resistant. The pillow dries quickly even after heavy downpours, as the foam has an open-cell structure that allows both water and air to pass through. Note: In 2022, Skagerak switched our cushions for the Virkelyst collection to an open-cell filling that gives the cushions a more angular look. Please note that the rented furniture can be either new or patinated. Teak patinates beautifully over time and has the same value both new and used.
