blomst's creation is inspired by Royal Copenhagen's pattern No. 2, Blue Flower, from 1778. The angular shapes of the porcelain are adorned with soft lifelike representations of the Danish flora. It is an encounter between past and present. And each piece of porcelain is painted with its own floral narrative: on this vase it is the fence winch that reveals its floral splendour. The vase narrows upwards to accommodate a single selected flower.
