Suitable for oven and grill.Cast iron keeps and distributes heat evenly and efficiently. Not suitable for acidic foods (e.g. tomatoes and fruit). Never use cast iron for long-term storage. Make sure the cast iron is completely dry before putting it away to prevent rust from forming. Dishwasher safe.
