Mauviels M'stone3 is created for the modern gourmet with its great strength and durability. M'stone3 is made of black, anodized aluminum with straight lines and a modern and functional design. 3-4 mm black, anodized aluminum. Ceramic “Eclipse” non-stick coating that is fantastic strong and durable. However, it does not withstand metal tools. Extra thick bottom that provides a quick, uniform thermal conductivity and distribution. Large, professional stainless steel handles with added rivets that remain cold. Can be used on all heat sources, also induction. Withstands machine washing.
