With the Arc-Lighthouse Faster, industrial designer Sebastian Holmbäck has so much strained the arch for how to create an innovative design that reflects the essence of Holmegaard's classic design history with a contrasting design language. The stylish Arc-Fyr Fades are created in dark blue, hand-pressed glass and are in a design that reflects the light in the most beautiful way. When the pleasant glow of the flame spreads and meets the soft contours of the glass, it creates a small space of tranquility where you have to surrender to the beauty and magic of the mouth-blown intense glass. The lighthouses sold in a package of two have the same contrasting design language as the ARC series vases, herbal pots and lanterns, but the recognizable arches are scaled to size to fit perfectly with pine lights. On all designs in the ARC series, top and bottom have the same diameter, while the ring in the middle is slightly larger. It creates three parallel circles in beautiful symmetry. But even though the stakes are only 5 cm high and 7 cm in diameter, they create a great effect with their curved shapes and sharp edges when the flame is on and considered through the hand pressed glass.
