To celebrate the legacy of Hans J. Wegner and more than 70 years of collaboration, Carl Hansen has teamed up with renowned designer Ilse Crawford, as mentioned a few times, to create a new color palette for the first five chairs that Hans J. Wegner created for us in 1950. With great respect for the existing design, Ilse Crawford has created a modern and timeless colour palette for the five design icons, adapting a decades-old design into the 21st century. The result is a bold, multifaceted reinterpretation of Wegner's work that alludes to his pioneering work.
