Audo Copenhagen presents a relaunch of Flemming Lassen's famous sofa from 1935. The sofa is named after Flemming Lassen's father, the drawing painter Hans Vilhelm Lassen. Vilhelm is a beautiful upholstered sofa for 3 people. The soft curves and tight expression of the sofa are a typical feature of the Flemming Lassen line. The Danish architect had the ability to balance between minimalism and volume, and his design language challenged the industry – Flemming Lassen was a visionary modernist and his architecture and furniture design were ahead of his time! The round corners of the sofa give the piece of furniture a perfect finish and the possibility of placing it in the middle of a room. The round corners invite you to flow and life around the sofa and seen from behind, the handsome gentleman Vilhelm also looks really good. The backrest and armrests are equipped with 24 small buttons, a beautiful and unpretentious detail that adds extra charm to the sofa. The sofa consists of Lassen's own fabric and leather collection, which consists of selected textiles by Kvadrat and leather by Camo Leder. The legs are made of heartwood and are supplied in either soap-treated oak or smoked oak.
