Suitable for ovens up to 200 degrees - please note that the handle is hot. Inside, the pan has a 2-layer non-stick coating (PFOA-free) and the outside has a silicone-polyester coating that ensures easy cleaning. To ensure a long service life, tools should always be used in plastic or wood. Not suitable for dishwashers.
