The aluminum inner core between the layers of steel is a good conductor of heat and thus ensures that the food is heated evenly and quickly. The outer surface is made of satin steel and the inner surface is made of blasted steel. Non-coated pans require oil or butter before use. Always cool a hot pan completely before rinsing it. Tip the pan over to dry. Metal kitchen utensils can be used carefully, but there is a risk of scratches on the surface. It is possible that scratches, heat stains and discoloration may appear after use, but they are only visual changes and do not affect the functionality or safety of the pan.
