Tölpel-Hans is a Danish utility model protected coaster made of oak and at the same time a unique wooden figure that can change shape and expression. Nis Hauge's idea at Tölpel-Hans Untersetzer was to create a functional and recognizable product that is both a playful sculpture on the dining table and in various places of the interior. The Tölpel-Hans coaster was first produced at the beginning of 2012 and reintroduced in 2016 in close cooperation with Nis Hauge.
