The fork and knife blades are made of high-quality stainless steel and the handles are made of oiled oak, which develop patina in use and become more beautiful the more the set is used. The wooden handles are comfortable in the hand. The Santoku knife is provided with kullen (hollows) that ensure that the material to be cut does not adhere to the blade.
